Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- Non-toxic glow-in-the-dark paint
- Food coloring (optional)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of flour and 1 cup of salt. Stir well to ensure there are no clumps.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and 1 tablespoon of baking powder. If desired, add a few drops of food coloring.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring continuously until a dough forms.
- Dust your workspace with flour and knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and pliable.
- Mix in the non-toxic glow-in-the-dark paint until evenly distributed.
- Create different shapes or figures using cookie cutters or by molding by hand.
- Let your creations air dry on parchment paper for 24-48 hours or bake them at 200°F (93°C) for 30-60 minutes for a firmer result.
