Ingredients

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
  • Food coloring (purple, green, orange)
  • Edible glitter or sprinkles (for decoration)
  • Wax paper
  • A piping bag or plastic sandwich bag

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Workstation: Lay out a sheet of wax paper on your counter and gather all your materials.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  3. Add Color: Divide the melted chocolate into separate bowls and mix in food coloring to achieve desired colors.
  4. Combine the Ingredients: Stir in puffed rice cereal and mini marshmallows into the colored chocolate until coated.
  5. Shape the Ghost Rockets: Scoop the mixture and form rocket shapes on the wax paper.
  6. Decorate: Sprinkle edible glitter or sprinkles on top while soft; add more melted chocolate using a piping bag for flair.
  7. Let it Set: Allow to cool for about 30 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate to harden faster.

Notes

Can substitute regular chocolate for white chocolate. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
