Description

A quick and customizable pasta dish that enhances your cooking skills and delights your family and friends.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.
  2. Stir in the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
  4. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  6. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Stir in the spinach leaves, allowing them to wilt.
  8. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the sautéed mixture.
  9. Pour in reserved pasta water, if needed, to blend. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
