  • Candy thermometer
  • A small saucepan
  • A baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper, ensuring no wrinkles.
  2. Combine in a small saucepan, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid.
