Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons cream of tartar
  • Food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mixture by combining the flour, salt, cream of tartar, and oil in a cooking pot.

  3. Add water gradually while stirring the mixture.
