Ingredients

- 1 cup fruit juice (your choice)
- 3 tablespoons gelatin (or vegan gelatin alternative)
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (or to taste)
- Cooking spray or oil (for molds)
- Gummy bear molds (silicone recommended)
Instructions
- Coat the molds lightly with cooking spray or oil.
- In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of fruit juice and sprinkle the gelatin over it. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
- Place the saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin fully dissolves (about 5 minutes). Avoid boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in honey or agave syrup until fully combined.
- Carefully pour the gummy mixture into the prepared molds, filling each cavity.
- Refrigerate for about 30-60 minutes, or until gummies are firm and set.
- Gently pop the gummy bears out of the molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
