Description

Delightful homemade gummies made with natural fruit juices and sweeteners, customizable to fit your taste and dietary preferences.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fruit juice (your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin (preferably grass-fed)
  • 24 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • Optional: Fruit purees, vitamin powders, or flavor extracts
  • Silicone molds or an 8×8 inch baking dish

Instructions

  1. Choose Your Juice: Start with your favorite fruit juice; fresh-pressed or 100% natural juice works best.
  2. Heat the Juice: Pour the juice into a saucepan and gently heat it over low-medium heat. Don’t boil.
  3. Add Gelatin: Slowly sprinkle the gelatin over the warm juice while stirring to avoid clumps. Mix until fully dissolved.
  4. Incorporate Sweetener: Stir in honey or maple syrup to sweeten. Taste and adjust as needed.
  5. Add Extras: If using, blend in any fruit purees or flavor extracts at this stage.
  6. Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds or a baking dish.
  7. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
  8. Remove Gummies: Gently pop the gummies out of the molds. If using a baking dish, cut into squares.
  9. Store: Keep your gummies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
