Description

A fun and safe craft for kids and adults, this homemade edible paint is easy to make and customizable with vibrant colors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • Food coloring (gel or liquid)
  • Small bowls or containers for mixing
  • Brushes or sponge applicators
  • Optional: Vanilla extract (for scent)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the water, corn syrup, and cornstarch. Stir over medium heat until thickened, about 5-10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Pour the mixture into small bowls for multiple colors.
  3. Add drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix thoroughly.
  4. Use brushes or sponge applicators to paint and create artwork!

Notes
