- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon gumbase
- 1 teaspoon powdered food flavoring (your choice)

Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by cleaning the surface and gathering materials. Dust the surface lightly with cornstarch.
- In a microwave-safe dish, combine 2 cups of granulated sugar and 1 cup of corn syrup. Add 1 tablespoon of gumbase and mix well until somewhat homogeneous.
- Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and bubbly (approximately 1-2 minutes).
- Remove from microwave, quickly add your chosen flavoring and food coloring (if using) and stir vigorously.
- Dust your hands with cornstarch and knead the warm gum until it reaches a smooth and elastic consistency.
- Roll the gum into a log and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Wrap each piece in wax paper or store them in an airtight container.
Notes
Consider swapping gumbase with pre-packaged bubble gum mixture if needed. Experiment with flavors and spices for unique twists!
