Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, and seasonings until you have a thick, sticky dough.
- Wet your hands and divide the dough into small balls; roll them into logs and shape into bagels.
- Place the bagels on a lined baking tray and brush with beaten egg if desired.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds or everything-bagel mix.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
