Create your own enchanting Harry Potter-inspired jar with simple materials and a touch of creativity.
Ingredients
- Clean glass jar with a lid (like a mason jar)
- Epsom salt or sand (for the base)
- LED fairy lights
- Harry Potter-themed decorations (mini wands, figurines, or paper cutouts)
- Optional: Food coloring for colored water
- Paint or stickers (to decorate the jar)
- Hot glue gun or regular craft glue
Instructions
- Thoroughly clean and dry the glass jar to ensure there are no residues.
- Pour a layer of Epsom salt or sand into the bottom of the jar. This should be about an inch deep.
- Arrange your Harry Potter-themed decorations on top of the salt or sand.
- Carefully insert the LED fairy lights into the jar.
- If using, fill a container with water and a few drops of food coloring, then pour it into the jar carefully.
- Decorate the outside of the jar with paint or stickers, writing your favorite spells or quotes if desired.
- Close the jar with its lid or leave it open to display your creation!
