Ingredients
- Empty toilet paper rolls
- Cotton balls or white fabric
- Black construction paper
- Craft glue or hot glue gun
- Scissors
- Markers or paints
- LED tea lights (optional)
- Glitter (for added flair)
Instructions
- Cut the toilet paper rolls to your desired height for each decoration.
- Paint the outside of the rolls with a base color, like black.
- Drape a cotton ball or piece of white fabric over the top of the roll to create a ghostly shape and secure it with glue.
- Draw eyes and a mouth on the ghost with markers or paint.
- Cut circles from the orange construction paper to create pumpkin shapes.
- Glue the circles to one end of the roll, overlapping them slightly.
- Cut leaves and a stem from green paper and attach them to the top of your pumpkin.
- Optionally, place an LED tea light inside the roll for a spooky glow at night.
