- 1 cup Jolly Ranchers (assorted flavors)
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 packets unflavored gelatin (about 1/4 oz each)
- Candy molds or silicone baking tray
- Cooking spray (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by gathering all materials and spraying candy molds with cooking spray if desired.
- In a medium saucepan, combine Jolly Ranchers, corn syrup, and water. Heat over low to medium heat, stirring continuously until melted.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle unflavored gelatin over the melted mixture, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into prepared candy molds, tapping gently to release air bubbles.
- Let the molds sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate for 15 minutes until set.
- Once set, gently pop the gummy sticks out of the molds and store them in an airtight container.
Notes
Experiment with different Jolly Rancher flavors or mix them for unique tastes. You can also add citric acid for a sour twist.
