Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.
- Gradually add 1 cup of Borax, stirring continuously until dissolved.
- Cut a length of string, about 12 inches long, and tie one end around your ornament shape.
- Place a pencil across the top of the jar to suspend the string.
- Pour the Borax solution into the jar, ensuring the ornament is submerged.
- Set the jar in a warm, undisturbed location for crystals to grow, ideally for 24 hours.
- Carefully remove the ornament, rinse with water, and let it dry.
