Description

Celebrate the holidays with this fun and easy Grinch slime that captures the spirit of Dr. Seuss’s beloved character.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup white school glue
  • 1 cup water
  • Green food coloring (as desired)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon contact lens solution
  • Optional: Glitter or sequins for extra sparkle
  • Mixing bowl
  • Mixing spoon

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of white school glue and 1 cup of water. Stir well. Add a few drops of green food coloring and mix until you achieve your desired shade of green.
  2. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of baking soda and mix thoroughly.
  3. Slowly add 1 tablespoon of contact lens solution while stirring until the slime comes together.
  4. Knead the slime for a few minutes to improve texture and incorporate glitter or sequins if desired.

Notes

Store slime in an airtight container. If it hardens, add a little water and knead to restore consistency.
