Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp food coloring (your choice)
  • 1/4 tsp tonic water (for the glow)
  • Additional cornstarch for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and 1/4 cup cornstarch. Mix with a spoon until ingredients blend.
  2. Incorporate chosen food coloring and knead with hands for even color.
  3. Gently mix in the tonic water until fully combined for the glowing effect.
  4. Take portions of the mixture and roll into balls or press into silicone molds.
  5. Dust the outside of each moon rock with additional cornstarch to prevent sticking.
  6. Place the moon rocks on a baking sheet and allow them to sit for a few hours to firm up before serving.

Notes

Experiment with flavors and colors. Use UV light to showcase their glow in a dark setting.
