Ingredients

  • 1 cup white school glue
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons glow-in-the-dark pigment or paint
  • 1 tablespoon contact lens solution (with boric acid)
  • Optional: Food coloring, glitter, or essential oils for fragrance
  • Mixing bowl
  • Stirring stick
  • Airtight container for storage

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Workspace: Cover a flat surface with newspaper or an old tablecloth.
  2. Mix Glue and Water: In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of white school glue and 1 cup of warm water. Stir until well blended.
  3. Add Glow Pigment: Incorporate 2 teaspoons of glow-in-the-dark pigment or paint.
  4. Incorporate Baking Soda: Add 1 tablespoon of baking soda and stir well to notice the texture change.
  5. Activate Slime: Slowly mix in 1 tablespoon of contact lens solution and keep stirring.
  6. Knead: Remove from the bowl and knead with your hands.
  7. Store: Place slime in an airtight container for maintain its glow and texture.
