Ingredients

- 2 cups salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon food coloring (optional)
- 4 tablespoons glow-in-the-dark powder
- 1 tablespoon cream of tartar

Instructions
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add flour, salt, and cream of tartar. Mix until combined.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine water, vegetable oil, and food coloring. Whisk until smooth.
- Combine Mixtures: Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients while stirring continuously until a dough forms.
- Cook the Dough: Transfer to a non-stick pan over medium heat. Stir constantly until the dough thickens (3–5 minutes).
- Add Glow-in-the-Dark Powder: Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then knead in glow-in-the-dark powder until evenly distributed.
- Cool and Store: Allow to cool completely before handling. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
For variation, try adding scents with essential oils or different textures with sand. Always use non-toxic glow powders.
