Ingredients

- ½ cup baking soda
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons glow-in-the-dark paint (or glow powder)
- Light source (like a flashlight) for charging glow effect
- Wax paper or parchment paper
- Snowflake stencil (optional)
- Scissors (if using stencil)
- Mixing bowl
- Stirring stick
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine white school glue, baking soda, and water. Stir until smooth.
- Add glow-in-the-dark paint to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Place wax paper on a flat surface and use a stencil or freehand to shape snowflakes with the mixture, keeping them at least ÂĽ inch thick.
- Let snowflakes dry completely for 24 hours, or place them in a warm area for quicker results.
- Once dry, expose to light to charge the glow and display in your desired location.
Notes
Experiment with food coloring, glitter, and different shapes for creative variations. Pair with LED lights for a charming display.
