Description

Ingredients

  • Clean glass jar (mason jar or any clear container)
  • Water
  • Vegetable oil
  • Food coloring (various colors)
  • A bowl or cup for mixing
  • Stirring stick or spoon

Instructions

  1. Fill the glass jar about three-quarters full with room temperature water.
  2. In a separate bowl or cup, add a few tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  3. Add drops of food coloring to the oil without stirring.
  4. Slowly pour the colored oil mixture into the water-filled jar and observe the beautiful bursts of color.
  5. Enjoy the visual spectacle, stirring gently if desired to mix further.
