Description

Create fun and spooky Giant Edible Eyeballs, perfect for parties and Halloween! A delightful treat that combines creativity and culinary skills.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Food coloring (green, blue, or red)
  • 1 cup candy eyeballs
  • 1 cup rice krispies
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • Parchment paper
  • Mixing bowls
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Spoon for mixing
  • Baking tray

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by clearing a large area on the counter and laying out parchment paper on the baking tray.
  2. Melt the white chocolate by combining chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add mini marshmallows to the melted chocolate and stir until coated. Fold in the rice krispies gently for texture.
  4. Once slightly cooled, grab a handful of the mixture and shape it into large eyeball-sized balls. Place them on the prepared tray.
  5. Add food coloring to any remaining melted chocolate, dip each eyeball into the colored chocolate, swirling to coat. Place a candy eyeball in the center before the chocolate sets.
  6. Let the eyeballs set at room temperature or refrigerate for quicker results.

Notes

Try adding different flavor extracts or decorations for a fun twist! Make smaller versions with mini marshmallows for a cute treat.
