Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by clearing a large area on the counter and laying out parchment paper on the baking tray.
- Melt the white chocolate by combining chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Add mini marshmallows to the melted chocolate and stir until coated. Fold in the rice krispies gently for texture.
- Once slightly cooled, grab a handful of the mixture and shape it into large eyeball-sized balls. Place them on the prepared tray.
- Add food coloring to any remaining melted chocolate, dip each eyeball into the colored chocolate, swirling to coat. Place a candy eyeball in the center before the chocolate sets.
- Let the eyeballs set at room temperature or refrigerate for quicker results.
