Ingredients

- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
- Fresh or dried flowers (e.g., pansies, violets)
- Food coloring (optional)
- Cookie cutters or molds
- String or ribbon (for hanging)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm water with gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add food coloring if desired.
- Place cookie cutters or molds on a baking tray and arrange flowers at the bottom.
- Pour the gelatin mixture over the flowers, ensuring they are submerged, and tap gently to release air bubbles.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours until set.
- Gently remove suncatchers from molds, using a knife if necessary.
- Thread a string or ribbon through the top for hanging.
Notes
Experiment with different types of flowers and colors. Use silicone molds for easier removal and consider adding edible glitter for sparkle.
