Description

Create beautiful galaxy crystal eggs that showcase vibrant colors and unique designs, perfect for decor or gifting.

Ingredients

  • Plastic or wooden egg mold
  • White glue or Mod Podge
  • Acrylic paints (black, blue, purple, pink, white)
  • Glitter
  • Foam brush or paintbrush
  • Sealant spray (optional)
  • Newspaper or disposable tablecloth

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by laying out newspaper or a disposable tablecloth.
  2. Gather all materials to have them on hand.
  3. Take the plastic or wooden egg mold and ensure it’s clean and dry.
  4. Apply a thin layer of white glue or Mod Podge over the surface of the egg using the foam brush.
  5. Start with deep colors (black and blue) layering them onto the glue to create a nebula effect.
  6. Use lighter colors (purple, pink, and white) in swirls or patches for a cosmic look.
  7. Sprinkle glitter over the wet paint for added sparkle.
  8. Allow your galaxy egg to dry completely for several hours or overnight.
  9. If desired, spray a clear sealant to protect your design.

Notes

Experiment with different colors and materials for unique effects. Avoid using real eggs for this project.
