Instructions
- Prepare Your Materials: Gather all materials and clean them, ensuring a smooth crafting experience.
- Mix Juice and Water: In a saucepan, combine the fruit juice and water. If you’d like added sweetness, stir in sugar or sweetener.
- Heat the Mixture: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Whisk the mixture gently until it begins to simmer.
- Add Agar-Agar: Gradually sprinkle agar-agar into the simmering mixture while whisking continuously for 1-2 minutes.
- Color It Up (Optional): Add food coloring to enhance vibrancy and mix well.
- Pour Into Molds: Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a tray. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before refrigerating.
- Chill and Set: Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set and firm to the touch.
