Description

Refreshing and healthy homemade fruit popsicles made with fresh fruits and no added sugars.

Ingredients

  • Fresh fruits (berries, bananas, peaches, etc.)
  • Juice (orange juice, coconut water, or any fruit juice)
  • Sweetener (honey, agave syrup, or maple syrup – optional)

Instructions

  1. Choose your favorite fruits or a combination for a mixed flavor.
  2. Wash and chop your fruits into smaller pieces.
  3. In a blender, combine the chopped fruit with your choice of juice. Add sweetener if desired.
  4. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
  6. Insert sticks into the molds if not already included.
  7. Freeze the molds for at least 240 to 360 minutes, or until completely frozen.
  8. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds.

Notes

Mix and match fruits for unique flavors. Add yogurt for creaminess or spinach for nutrition without altering flavor.
