Description
Refreshing and healthy homemade fruit popsicles made with fresh fruits and no added sugars.
Ingredients
- Fresh fruits (berries, bananas, peaches, etc.)
- Juice (orange juice, coconut water, or any fruit juice)
- Sweetener (honey, agave syrup, or maple syrup – optional)
Instructions
- Choose your favorite fruits or a combination for a mixed flavor.
- Wash and chop your fruits into smaller pieces.
- In a blender, combine the chopped fruit with your choice of juice. Add sweetener if desired.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into the molds if not already included.
- Freeze the molds for at least 240 to 360 minutes, or until completely frozen.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds.
Notes
Mix and match fruits for unique flavors. Add yogurt for creaminess or spinach for nutrition without altering flavor.
