Description

A fun and interactive frozen dessert that captures the joy of summer with a slimy, colorful twist. Perfect for kids’ parties or a quirky snack on a hot day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fruit juice (your choice—berry, tropical, or citrus)
  • 1 cup yogurt (vanilla or a complementary flavor)
  • 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sweetener of your choice
  • Optional: food coloring
  • Optional: fresh fruit pieces

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat 1 cup of your chosen fruit juice over low heat.
  2. Once warmed, sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the juice and whisk until fully dissolved, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  4. Stir in the remaining cup of fruit juice and yogurt. Add honey and mix well. If desired, add food coloring.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a freezer-safe dish, adding pieces of fresh fruit if desired.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  7. Remove treats from molds and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. A quick zap in the microwave can restore softness if needed.
