Instructions
- Prepare the Pipe Cleaners: Twist pipe cleaners into tree shapes, leaving a long stem at the bottom for stability.
- Make the Borax Solution: Heat water until almost boiling, then add 1/2 cup of Borax, stirring until dissolved. Optionally, add food coloring.
- Submerge Your Trees: Place the pipe cleaner tree into the solution using a wooden skewer, ensuring it’s fully submerged.
- Let it Sit: Leave the container undisturbed for at least 6-8 hours or overnight for crystals to form.
- Reveal Your Masterpiece: Gently remove your tree, let it dry, and shake off excess Borax if necessary.
