Description

  • Water (preferably distilled)
  • Standard size balloon
  • Bowl or container (to hold the balloon)
  • Scissors
  • Optional: food coloring for added visual effect

Instructions

  1. Select and rinse fresh edible flowers to remove dirt or insects, then pat dry.
  2. Inflate the balloon to your desired size and tie it securely.
  3. Place the balloon into a bowl or container to hold it upright.
  4. Carefully arrange the flowers inside the balloon.
  5. Add food coloring to the water if desired, then slowly pour into the balloon until filled.
  6. Tie the balloon closed and place it flat in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours.
  7. Once frozen, gently peel off the balloon to reveal your frozen flower ball.
