Instructions
- Shape the Pipe Cleaners: Bend the pipe cleaners into the shape of a snowflake.
- Optional: Attach a string to hang your snowflake later.
- Boil Water: Heat 1 cup of water until it is hot but not boiling.
- Add Borax: Stir in 3 cups of Borax until dissolved.
- Add Color: Mix in a few drops of blue food coloring.
- Submerge the Pipe Cleaners: Place your pipe cleaner snowflake in the Borax solution.
- Wait: Allow it to sit undisturbed for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Remove the Snowflake: After waiting, take the snowflake out of the solution.
- Rinse and Dry: Rinse under cold water and set on a paper towel to dry.
