Ingredients
- Clean, smooth rocks (size of choice)
- Colorful acrylic paints (variety of colors)
- Paintbrushes (small and medium)
- Cotton balls or fluffy pom-poms
- Craft glue or hot glue gun
- Googly eyes or buttons
- Clear sealant spray (optional)
- Newspaper or a crafting mat (for easy cleanup)
Instructions
- Preparing Your Workspace: Set up a clean workspace with newspaper or a craft mat and gather all your materials.
- Painting the Base: Choose your rock and paint a base layer using acrylic paint. Let the paint dry completely.
- Enhancing Your Rock: Once dry, use additional colors to add designs, spots, or stripes. Allow this layer to dry fully.
- Creating the Fluff: Take cotton balls or pom-poms and apply a generous amount of craft glue to the top of your painted rock.
- Attaching the Fluff: Firmly press cotton balls or pom-poms onto the glued area to shape them into hair or a fun puff.
- Adding Features: Glue on googly eyes or buttons to create a face and enhance with additional paint or markers.
- Sealing (Optional): Spray with clear sealant to protect the paint and let it dry in a well-ventilated area.
