Description

A delightful and vibrant dessert with layers of yogurt, berries, and granola, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of vanilla yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice)
  • 1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup of granola (or your favorite cereal)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Optional: edible glitter or sprinkles for extra flair

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the mixed berries thoroughly. If using large strawberries, slice them into halves or quarters.
  2. In a bowl, combine vanilla yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of your cup, followed by a layer of berries and a layer of granola. Repeat until the cup is filled, finishing with berries on top.
  4. For an extra sparkle, sprinkle edible glitter or colorful sprinkles on top. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.

Notes

For a vegan version, use dairy-free yogurt. You can also prepare components ahead but layer them before serving for best texture.
