Description

A festive no-bake dessert that mimics the vibrant bursts of fireworks with colorful gelatin layers and whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • Clear plastic or glass cups
  • Gelatin (assorted colors)
  • Whipped cream
  • Edible glitter or star sprinkles
  • Fresh fruit (e.g., berries or sliced citrus)
  • Lollipop sticks or candy rockets (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the gelatin according to package instructions, using different colors to create layers.
  2. Pour the first layer of gelatin into the cups and let it set in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Pour a second layer of a different color once set and allow it to set again.
  3. Top the final gelatin layer with whipped cream generously.
  4. Sprinkle edible glitter or star sprinkles on top and add fresh fruit pieces for flavor.
  5. Insert lollipop sticks or candy rockets into the whipped cream for a festive touch.

Notes

For a vegan option, substitute whipped cream with coconut cream. Feel free to personalize with your favorite flavors and colors.
