Description

A simple and hydrating drink made with chia seeds and water, perfect for a burst of energy and hydration.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Optional: 1/2 lemon (squeezed)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Scoop 2 teaspoons of chia seeds into your favorite drinking glass or jar.
  2. Add 1 cup of cold water.
  3. Stir well to prevent clumping.
  4. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to thicken.
  5. Optional: Add lemon juice or honey for flavor.
  6. Stir before drinking, and consume within 1-2 hours for best texture.

Notes

Chia seed water can last about five days in the fridge, but it may thicken over time. If it gets too thick, add more water.
