Ingredients

Instructions
- Scoop 2 teaspoons of chia seeds into your favorite drinking glass or jar.
- Add 1 cup of cold water.
- Stir well to prevent clumping.
- Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to thicken.
- Optional: Add lemon juice or honey for flavor.
- Stir before drinking, and consume within 1-2 hours for best texture.
Notes
Chia seed water can last about five days in the fridge, but it may thicken over time. If it gets too thick, add more water.
