Description

A fun and refreshing treat that mimics a real aquarium with colorful layers of fruit juices and purees.

Ingredients

  • Clear popsicle molds
  • Fruit juices or purees (e.g., blueberry, apple, kiwi)
  • Edible fish-shaped gummies or jellies (optional)
  • Water
  • Mixing bowls
  • Spoon or popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. Gather Ingredients: Choose your fruit juices and purees, aiming for blue (blueberry), green (kiwi), and yellow (mango).
  2. Prepare Your Juices: Pour each type of juice into separate bowls. For purees, blend fruit until smooth.
  3. Start Layering: Pour a small amount of your first juice into the molds and freeze for about 1-2 hours until just set.
  4. Add Creatures: Once the first layer is set, add your edible gummies into the mold and pour the next juice layer carefully over them.
  5. Continue Layering: Repeat the freezing and layering process until molds are full or desired height is reached.
  6. Final Freeze: Let your popsicles freeze for 4-6 hours, or overnight for best results.
  7. Enjoy: Run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds to remove popsicles.

Notes

Use sparkling water or coconut water for a fizzy twist; add layers of yogurt for a creamier texture.
