Instructions
- Prepare the Blue Jell-O: Mix the Jell-O according to the package instructions. Set in clear cups and refrigerate until fully set (about 240 minutes or overnight).
- Make the Pudding: Whisk the pudding mix with milk as per package directions. Layer on top of Jell-O in cups once set, filling about one-third full.
- Add the “Sand”: Sprinkle crushed graham crackers gently on top of the pudding.
- Decorate the Aquarium: Place gummy fish and other candies on the “sand” layer. Add a dollop of whipped cream for a frothy effect.
- Final Touches: If using, add candy seaweed for decoration. Serve cold and enjoy!
