Ingredients

  • Fresh flowers (daisies, roses, lavender, etc.)
  • Heavy books or flower press
  • PVA glue or Mod Podge
  • Clear glass vase
  • Paintbrush
  • Tweezers
  • Cardstock or sturdy paper (optional for backing)
  • Scissors

Instructions

  1. Press the Flowers: Select fresh flowers, place them between parchment paper, and stack heavy books or use a press for 1-2 weeks until dried.
  2. Prepare the Vase: Clean the glass vase thoroughly and optionally cut cardstock to fit inside for backing.
  3. Arrange the Flowers: Remove pressed flowers with tweezers and arrange them inside the vase or on the cardstock.
  4. Secure the Flowers: Apply a thin layer of glue to the back of each flower and press onto the vase or cardstock, allowing to dry.
  5. Finishing Touches: Optionally apply a coat of glue over the entire arrangement for durability and let dry before displaying.

Notes

Experiment with different flowers and vase sizes to personalize your creation. You can also embellish with ribbons or decorative stones.
