- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, and spices for about 10 minutes.
- Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet until browned, then set aside. In the same pan, sauté onions, garlic, ginger, and add tomato sauce and butter, letting it bubble. Stir in cream.
- Add the chicken back to the pan and let everything mingle together before serving hot.
Notes
Serve with basmati rice or naan to soak up the sauce.
