Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons cream of tartar
- 1 tablespoon glow-in-the-dark powder (non-toxic)
- Food coloring (optional)
- Mixing bowl
- Stove or microwave
- Spoon for stirring
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups flour, 1 cup salt, and 1 tablespoon glow-in-the-dark powder. Stir until well mixed.
- In another bowl, combine 2 cups water, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, and 2 tablespoons cream of tartar. Optional: Add a few drops of food coloring for color.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients while stirring. Continue until everything is combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook over medium heat. Stir constantly until it thickens and forms a dough-like consistency.
- Once fully cooked, remove from heat and let cool slightly. After it has cooled enough to handle, knead the dough until smooth.
Notes
Customize scents with essential oils or use different food colors for multi-colored creations. Store in an airtight container for lasting use.
