Description

These Air Fryer Cherry Cheesecake Egg Rolls combine the creamy richness of cheesecake with the sweet-tart flavor of cherry pie filling, all wrapped in a golden, crispy shell. A perfect dessert for cozy winter nights!

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling

For the Egg Rolls:

  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for sealing)
  • Cooking spray or melted butter (for air frying)
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting
  • Chocolate or caramel sauce (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  2. Gently fold in the cherry pie filling and lemon zest (if using). Do not overmix—you want some whole cherries in each bite!

Step 2: Assemble the Egg Rolls

  1. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape.

  2. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of cheesecake filling onto the center.

  3. Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly, sealing the edges with the cornstarch-water mixture.

  4. Repeat with remaining wrappers.

Step 3: Air Fry to Crispy Perfection

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

  3. Place egg rolls seam side down in a single layer. Spray tops with cooking spray or brush with melted butter.

  4. Air fry for 7-9 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Step 4: Serve and Enjoy
