Ingredients

  • Transparent plastic sheets or contact paper
  • Tissue paper in various colors
  • Scissors
  • Black construction paper (optional, for outlines)
  • Hole punch (optional)
  • String or ribbon (for hanging)
  • Craft glue (if using construction paper)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by clearing a flat surface and gathering all materials.
  2. Cut your preferred shapes using transparent sheets or contact paper.
  3. Cut tissue paper into small pieces or shapes.
  4. Assemble the suncatcher by arranging tissue paper pieces on sticky contact paper.
  5. Seal your creation by placing another sheet on top if using separate plastic sheets.
  6. Cut out shapes with black construction paper for a bolder look (optional).
  7. Punch a hole at the top and thread a string or ribbon for hanging.
