Description

Create a beautiful and engaging sensory bottle that captures the essence of autumn, perfect for kids and home decoration.

Ingredients

  • Empty clear plastic bottle (water bottle, soda bottle, etc.)
  • Dried fall leaves (real or fake)
  • Clear glitter or confetti (optional)
  • Water
  • A few drops of dish soap or glycerin (to slow down the movement)
  • Funnel (optional)
  • Hot glue gun (optional)

Instructions

  1. Clean the bottle and remove any labels.
  2. Gather a handful of dried leaves and, if using a funnel, place it in the bottle opening.
  3. Carefully add the dried leaves to the bottle.
  4. If desired, sprinkle in some clear glitter or confetti for added effect.
  5. Slowly pour water into the bottle, leaving some space at the top. Add a few drops of dish soap or glycerin for slower movement.
  6. Seal the bottle tightly, and optionally use a hot glue gun around the top edge to prevent spills.
  7. Shake the bottle gently to watch the leaves swirl and settle. Enjoy the sensory experience!

Notes

Consider making themed sensory bottles for each season, and explore using different elements like small pumpkins or acorns.
