Description

A delightful and vibrant DIY project to create a colorful sun catcher that brightens your home.

Ingredients

  • Clear contact paper
  • Colored tissue paper (various colors)
  • Scissors
  • A marker
  • A window for hanging

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace: Find a clean, flat surface and gather all your materials.
  2. Cut the contact paper to your desired size, larger than the shapes you’ll cut from the tissue paper.
  3. Create your design by drawing a simple shape on the backing of the contact paper using the marker.
  4. Cut the colored tissue paper into small shapes.
  5. Assemble the sun catcher by peeling off the backing of the contact paper and placing the tissue paper shapes onto the sticky side.
  6. Seal the design with a second piece of contact paper, pushing out any air bubbles.
  7. Cut and hang your sun catcher from a window using tape or suction cups.

Notes

Add glitter for sparkle or use natural elements like leaves for a unique feel. Experiment with shapes and colors.
