Instructions
- Prepare your workspace: Find a clean, flat surface and gather all your materials.
- Cut the contact paper to your desired size, larger than the shapes you’ll cut from the tissue paper.
- Create your design by drawing a simple shape on the backing of the contact paper using the marker.
- Cut the colored tissue paper into small shapes.
- Assemble the sun catcher by peeling off the backing of the contact paper and placing the tissue paper shapes onto the sticky side.
- Seal the design with a second piece of contact paper, pushing out any air bubbles.
- Cut and hang your sun catcher from a window using tape or suction cups.
Notes
Add glitter for sparkle or use natural elements like leaves for a unique feel. Experiment with shapes and colors.
