Description

Make your own snow dough for endless indoor fun and creativity, perfect for winter-themed activities.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups baking soda
  • 1 cup corn starch
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons peppermint extract (optional for scent)
  • Glitter or shimmer powder (optional for sparkle)
  • Food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of baking soda and 1 cup of corn starch.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of water with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and 2 teaspoons of peppermint extract if using.
  3. Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring continuously with a spoon or spatula.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it forms a dough-like consistency.
  5. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
  6. If desired, divide the dough and knead in food coloring and glitter.
