Ingredients

- 2 cups baking soda
- 1 cup corn starch
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons peppermint extract (optional for scent)
- Glitter or shimmer powder (optional for sparkle)
- Food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of baking soda and 1 cup of corn starch.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of water with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and 2 teaspoons of peppermint extract if using.
- Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring continuously with a spoon or spatula.
- Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it forms a dough-like consistency.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
- If desired, divide the dough and knead in food coloring and glitter.
