Description

Create your own gooey and stretchy slime for endless sensory fun!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of white school glue
  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 12 tablespoons of contact lens solution (make sure it contains boric acid)
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • Glitter or foam beads (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Workspace: Clear a flat surface and lay down newspapers or a silicone mat to avoid mess.
  2. Mix Glue and Water: In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of white school glue with 1 cup of warm water. Stir gently until well mixed.
  3. Add Baking Soda: Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda into the glue mixture and stir for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add Color and Texture (Optional): If desired, add food coloring, glitter, or foam beads and mix well.
  5. Activate the Slime: Slowly add 1-2 tablespoons of contact lens solution while stirring continuously until it pulls away from the bowl.
  6. Enjoy: Your slime is ready! Stretch, mold, and enjoy the sensory experience.

Notes

For stretchy slime, use more contact lens solution. To make it fluffier, add foamy shaving cream before activating.
