Description

Create fun and eye-catching shark cups for your next ocean-themed party or gathering with this step-by-step guide.

Ingredients

  • Clear plastic cups
  • Blue and white cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Hot glue gun (with glue sticks)
  • Black permanent marker
  • Optional: Googly eyes, washi tape, or stickers for decoration

Instructions

  1. Start with clean, clear plastic cups as the base for your shark creations.
  2. Using blue cardstock, cut out triangle shapes to resemble shark fins and attach to the back of each cup with hot glue.
  3. Cut a semi-circle shape from white cardstock for the shark’s mouth and glue small triangles for teeth inside.
  4. Glue the mouth onto the front of the cup, ensuring visibility of the teeth, and draw eyes using the black permanent marker or attach googly eyes.
  5. Decorate further with washi tape or stickers for extra flair.

Notes

Supervise children when using hot glue guns to prevent burns. Consider using alternative materials for customization.
