Ingredients
- Empty, clean plastic bottles (2-liter soda bottles)
- LED tea lights or glow sticks
- Craft paint (acrylic or spray) in desired colors

Instructions
- Prepare the Bottles: Clean and dry the plastic bottles, then cut them in half.
