Make your own customizable plaster aroma stones to infuse your home with your favorite scents.
Ingredients
- Plaster of Paris
- Silicone molds (various shapes)
- Essential oils (your choice)
- Mixing bowl
- Stirring stick
- Water
- Measuring cup
- Optional: Food coloring (for color variations)
Instructions
- Gather all your materials on a clean, flat surface.
- In your mixing bowl, combine plaster of Paris with water in a ratio of 2 parts plaster to 1 part water. Stir until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add a few drops of your chosen essential oil and stir thoroughly.
- Carefully pour the mixture into the silicone molds and tap gently to remove air bubbles.
- Allow the stones to set according to package instructions, typically 30-60 minutes.
- Once set, gently remove the stones from the molds and place them on a drying rack for an additional 24 hours to cure completely.
- Place your aroma stones in desired locations around your home and reapply essential oils when the scent fades.
Notes
