Description

Create a calming ocean sensory bottle for relaxation and creativity. Perfect for kids and adults!

Ingredients

  • Clear plastic bottle (with a secure lid)
  • Water
  • Blue food coloring
  • Glitter (in various colors)
  • Small ocean-themed toys (like fish, shells, or starfish)
  • Vegetable glycerin or clear corn syrup (optional, for more fluid movement)
  • Funnel (optional, for easy pouring)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bottle: Start with a clean, empty plastic bottle. Make sure it’s dry inside.
  2. Add Water: Use a funnel (if needed) to fill the bottle about 2/3 full with water.
  3. Mix in Coloring: Add a few drops of blue food coloring to achieve your desired ocean color.
  4. Stir in Glitter: Sprinkle in some glitter to mimic the sparkle of water.
  5. Add Ocean Treasures: Carefully add your small ocean-themed toys.
  6. Include Glycerin (Optional): Pour in a small amount of vegetable glycerin or corn syrup to slow down the movement of glitter and toys.
  7. Seal the Bottle: Securely tighten the lid on the bottle.
  8. Shake & Enjoy!: Give the bottle a gentle shake and watch the ocean come to life.

Notes

Customize colors, change the contents, add scents, or vary the size of the bottles for different themes.
