- Scissors
- Black outline markers
- String or fishing line (for hanging)

Instructions
- Prepare your base by cleaning the clear plastic lids thoroughly.
- Sketch your design lightly on the plastic using a pencil.
- Outline the sketch with a black outline marker and allow it to dry.
- Add vibrant colors to your design with permanent markers.
- Sprinkle glitter or attach sequins if desired and let everything dry completely.
- Create a hanging mechanism by puncturing a small hole at the top and threading string or fishing line through it.
Notes
