Description

A fun and educational activity that combines creativity with a little science, perfect for all ages.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup white school glue
  • 1/2 cup baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon contact lens solution
  • 1 cup water
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • Baking dish or large bowl for mixing

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of white school glue with 1 cup of water. Stir until fully integrated.
  2. Incorporate 1/2 cup of baking soda to the glue mixture and stir until combined.
  3. Slowly add 1 teaspoon of contact lens solution while continuously stirring.
  4. If desired, add a few drops of food coloring and mix until evenly distributed.
  5. In a separate container, mix 2 tablespoons of vinegar with a bit of water.
  6. Add the vinegar mixture to your slime and watch it fizz and froth!
  7. Play around with your slime, feeling the texture and enjoying the fizzy reaction.
